Personal loans for the Police Family

We are pleased to announce our new partner and personal loan provider, Salary Finance.

Serving and Retired Police Officers, Staff, PCSOs and Special Constables^ who wish to take out a personal loan will now be introduced to Salary Finance.

How do Salary Finance loans work?

  • You are eligible for a Salary Finance loan if you:
  • Are a Serving or Retired Officer, Police Staff, PCSO or Special Constable^
  • Are over 18 years old
  • Have an income over £6,000 before tax
  • Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • With a Salary Finance loan you can:
  • Borrow between £1,000-£25,000
  • Repay over 1-5 years with a fixed monthly direct debit
  • Apply quickly and easily online

  • A personal loan could help you to consolidate existing debt or borrow at a different rate. Loans start from 3.9% APR (fixed) with a Representative APR of 7.9% (fixed).

    If you refinance any existing debts, you may pay a higher rate of interest or make repayments over a longer term. This means you may pay more interest overall.

    Representative Example: Total amount of credit: £9,000. Term: 36 months. Interest rate: 7.9% APR (fixed). Monthly payment: £280.48. Administrative fees £0. Total amount repayable: £10,097.41. Representative APR 7.9% (Fixed)

Salary Finance is a trading style of Salary Finance Limited.

PMGI Limited, trading as Police Mutual, is acting as credit broker for Salary Finance Limited. Salary Finance Limited acts as credit broker exclusively for associated company Salary Finance Loans Limited, which is acting as lender for the purposes of entering into a consumer credit agreement.

^Please note, that currently Salary Finance loans are only available to Serving and Retired Officers, Staff, Special Constables and PCSOs.
