TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR POLICE MUTUAL GENERAL INSURANCE (PMGI) GRAB A TREAT E-GIFT CARD INCENTIVE
The “Promoter” is PMGI Limited, trading as Police Mutual, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 1073408) and having its registered office at Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Leeds, LS25 1NB.
By entering this e-gift card incentive (the “incentive”) participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other requirement set out in the material relating to this promotion.
This incentive is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) who meet the Eligibility Criteria (as per paragraph 4). Only one e-gift card per person per Eligible Insurance Policy. Multiple quotes will be discounted. Automated quotes, bulk quotes or third-party quotes will be disqualified.
Participants who are residents of the UK must meet all of the following conditions:
The participant must have received a quote for an Eligible Insurance Policy (“Eligible Insurance Policy”)
The participant must be a resident of the UK at the time of entry for a e-gift card
The participant must provide to Police Mutual a valid email address to receive communication from Police Mutual.
An Eligible Insurance Policy means a quote is taken from Police Mutual for a car insurance policy and/or home insurance policy during the entry window by a participant that meets the policy’s Terms and Conditions and eligibility criteria, including the minimum age requirements for the policy. Existing car or home insurance policy renewals are not included in the promotion and therefore won’t be eligible for receipt of an e-gift card.
Participants must not be an employee or contractor of the promoter or any subsidiary of the promoter or be in any other way connected with this incentive (including relatives of any such person).
Participants will receive a choice of e-gift card for an eligible Insurance policy during the entry window. Choice is one of Costa Coffee e-gift card to the value of £5 or a Café Nero e-gift card to the value of £5 or a Greggs e-gift card to the value of £5. Recipients will receive an email within 14 days where they can select their choice of e-gift card. One entry per person per eligible Insurance product. Participants that purchase an eligible Insurance Policy and subsequently wish to opt-out of the incentive can do so in accordance with paragraph 8.
Opt-out: Any participant that has had a quote for an eligible Insurance Policy can opt-out of the e-gift card incentive by emailing marketing@pmas.co.uk within 7 days of receiving their quote with their full name and email address requesting to be excluded from receiving the e-gift card email.
The incentive shall open to new entries at 12:01AM on 2nd September 2024 and shall close to new entries at 11:59PM on 30th November 2024 (the “Entry Window”).
The incentive will be administered on our behalf by GiftCloud who will provide you with an e-gift card via email. The promoter will be required to share some data, such as your name and email address, with GiftCloud to enable them to fulfil the incentive. GiftCloud is a trading name of Invitation Digital Limited.
All reward links are active for 90 days meaning the customer has this many days from the time their reward is sent to claim the reward. Once this has been completed the customer has until the individual brand’s expiration date to claim.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the incentive impossible or impractical, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the incentive. In the event of such cancellation participants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation by notice being posted on the Police Mutual website insurance page. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever as a result of cancellation of the e-gift card incentive.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your e-gift offer, we will contact you to let you know. We will send you a different gift, which will be of equal to or greater value than the one selected.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the e-gift card incentives to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants agree that the promoter may rely on such details as are provided by participants when fulfilling the incentive. The promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for loss of any kind arising out of or in connection with the submission of incorrect personal details provided by participants.
Should a court or equivalent authority deem clause 14 to be unenforceable in whole or in part, the aggregate liability of the promoter shall under no circumstances exceed the cash value of the incentive.
The promoter may use personal details submitted by participants when entering the incentive for the purposes of administering the e-gift card. Participants’ personal data shall be treated in confidence and processed solely in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Participant’s personal data shall only be disclosed to those third parties who require it for the purposes of this e-gift card incentive and will not be disclosed to any other third party without the explicit consent of the participants concerned. The promoter may disclose personal or other data relating to participants of the incentive where permitted or required by law or statute, court or equivalent authority of competent jurisdiction or regulation or where the entrant or participants concerned have consented. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by a participant as a result of entering this Promotion.
