Police Mutual 160 Years Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
The “Promoter” is PMGI Limited, trading as Police Mutual, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 01073408) and having its registered office at Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Leeds, LS25 1NB (also known as “Police Mutual”).
By entering this prize draw (the “draw”) entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set out in any materials relating to this draw.
This draw is only open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions (“Eligibility Criteria”): (a) Resident in the United Kingdom; (b) Aged 18 or over; (c) Eligible for Police Mutual products; (d) Must provide Police Mutual with a valid email address and telephone number during the entry process; (e) If you are a winner of a cash prize in this draw, you must hold a UK bank account in your own name. Entrants must not: (i) be an employee of anyone helping the Promoter with this draw (e.g. our marketing agency), (ii) be an employee of the Promoter or any subsidiary or holding company of the Promoter, or (iii) in any other way be directly connected with this draw.
Automated entries, bulk entries or third-party entries will be disqualified. The Promoter may carry out verification checks to confirm an entrant’s eligibility.
The Promoter will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or otherwise fail to be submitted due to technical issues. The Promoter accepts no liability for incorrect or incomplete information provided by entrants.
Entry to the draw is free and there is no requirement to purchase any products or services from the Promoter. To enter, individuals must complete the event entry form https://www.policemutual.co.uk/160prizedraw/. Only one entry shall be permitted per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
The draw shall open to entries at 09.00AM on 15 July 2026 and shall close to entries at 11.59PM on 30 September 2026.
There will be 10 winners who will each receive a £160 cash prize. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
The draw will take place on 05 October 2026.
The draw may take place under the supervision of an independent observer. If applicable, the full name of the independent person can be provided upon written request within 1 month of the draw taking place.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances making the administration of the draw impossible or impractical, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the draw. In the event of such cancellation entrants shall be notified within 7 days of cancellation. In such event, entrants will be notified by notice being posted on the Police Mutual ‘News and Blog’ page of the website at www.policemutual.co.uk/news-and-blog/. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs, losses or damages whatsoever as a result of cancellation of the draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary the prizes without prior notice to an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified by telephone or email no later than 7 days after the draw has taken place. It is your responsibility to check your email/spam/junk/voicemail/message requests for such notification. Winners must provide their full name, address and UK bank account details where applicable for the prize to be delivered. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of being notified. Cash prizes will only be paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name. Winners are responsible for ensuring they provide accurate details.
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 14 days, the winner shall forfeit their entitlement and the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. The surname and county of prize winners may be made available upon request.
The Promoter may publish the forename and county of the winners in promotional material unless the winner objects. If a winner objects to any or all of their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, the winner must specifically make the Promoter aware of this at the time they are notified by the Promoter that they have won a prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and/or winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Statistical data collected from entries may be used in subsequent marketing material by the Promoter on an anonymous basis.

The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
