Healthcare Scheme FAQs

Why have my Healthcare Scheme subscriptions increased?

Over the past year, the cost of providing healthcare treatments has increased significantly. We’ve absorbed as much of this as possible, but to continue offering you the best care, we now need to increase your subscription.

When will the price increase take effect?

The increase to your subscription will be implemented from 1st September 2025. You don’t need to do anything; the new amount will be automatically updated in your payments.

How will this price increase affect my current plan benefits?

You will continue to receive all your current plan benefits, plus from 1st January 2026, we are increasing benefit limits for some common treatments:

  • Treatment – Diagnostic procedures: pathology, X-rays, ECG’s, gait analysis & medical scanning
  • Current Limit – £1,000
  • New Limit (1st January 2026) – £2,500

  • Treatment – Outpatient consultations
  • Current Limit – £600
  • New Limit (1st January 2026) – £1,500

  • Treatment – Physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, psychiatry & psychology treatments
  • Current Limit – £600
  • New Limit (1st January 2026) – £750

Why are the increased benefit limits not applicable until the 1st January 2026?

As part of the scheme rules, plan benefits are reviewed and, where necessary, updated once at the start of every calendar year. You can view a copy of the scheme rules on our webpage in the ‘Healthcare Scheme Documents’ section.
