Whether it’s coping with bereavement, physical or mental health issues, legal concerns, debt or financial concerns, family or work troubles it can mean a lot to talk things through with someone who understands.

That's why...

The new Care Line, provided by Health Assured provides you with 24/7/365 access to a confidential telephone helpline and health and wellbeing e-portal and app. This is exclusively available to serving and retired officers, police staff and family members.

In your time of need you will be able to talk to a trained counsellor who will seek to understand your needs and provide a tailored support plan. You may be referred on to a specialist advisor who is qualified, accredited and experienced in their specific specialism and who will be able to provide you with information relating to your specific area of concern or where appropriate you may be referred on for counselling.
