Being fit for life is so much more than just physical fitness. For example research shows that people’s health and wellbeing is strongly linked to how effectively they manage their finances. Increasing people’s financial capability can reduce their likelihood of suffering from a depression or anxiety-related health problem by 15%¹.

At Police Mutual, our aim is not only to provide the Police family with tools and information on how to make the most of their money, but also to help keep them happy, healthy and fit for life.

Our BeFit4Life programme is an all-round approach to all-round wellbeing, designed to help Police Officers and Staff achieve the balanced lifestyle that makes the working day so much easier.
