Project Manager

Interim (12 month contract)
Salary: circa £50,000 per annum + benefits dependant on skills and experience

Wanted: a dynamic project manager with Organisation Design and Performance Management implementation experience.

Police Mutual continues to operate in a rapidly changing environment, and we’re making changes in 2010 to continue to look after the financial interests of Police Officers Police Staff and their families.

In October 2009 a project commenced to implement new team structures and this is nearing completion. We require a project manager with experience of implementing cultural change and performance management systems to lead the next phase of this strategically important project. You will be working with the newly established Transformation team reporting to the Head of Transformation your project will be sponsored by the Chief Executive and Resources Director.

You will be an experienced Project Manager with experience of implementing cultural change and performance management systems.

Successful candidates will also have:

Prior experience of working within the financial services environment and an understanding of industry standards and governance would be beneficial
Prince2 or similar professional qualification in a structured project delivery technique
Experience of relevant project management software, for example Microsoft Project
