If you have any doubts as to whether a fact is material it should be disclosed both before the policy commences and throughout the duration of the policy. Failure to disclose all material facts may invalidate your policy or may result in your policy not operating fully. A material fact includes anything that may impact the acceptance and assessment of this insurance.

Before we can issue the breakdown insurance policy, please confirm that the following statements are true:

• I meet all of the the eligibility criteria
• The vehicle must have an MOT (unless exempt), be taxed, insured and registered in the UK
• All of the answers I have given are true and complete and I have disclosed all the facts which could be regarded as material. I understand that failure to do so may invalidate my insurance or result in claims being rejected or reduced.
• I understand that if any of the information provided changes after I have purchased the policy and during the period of the policy that I must provide Police Mutual with details.
• I understand that you exchange information with other insurers and the Police to prevent fraud, detect uninsured drivers and for the purposes of electronic car licensing
• I understand that I may cancel the policy within 14 days of receiving the policy documents, or at any time afterwards. If you cancel within 14 days we will make a charge equal to the period of cover you have had. If you cancel after 14 days you will not be entitled to any refund of premium.
• I agree that this product matches my need of ensuring I am covered in the event of a vehicle breakdown whilst in the UKUK or Europe.
