Management
The Committee of Management is responsible for expressing
what members want from Police Mutual in terms of products and
services. It also ensures that the strong link with the Police
Service continues.

Managing Board
The Managing Board (the Board), a sub-committee of the
Committee of Management, is responsible for the strategic direction
of Police Mutual and for ensuring it complies with regulations that
apply to the business.

Executive Team
The Executive Team is responsible for the development and
implementation of strategy, operating and financial performance and
the management of risk and resource.

Authorised Officers
Our Authorised Officers (AOs) are a network of volunteers within
the Police Service who help and support Police Mutual. They are a
part of the fabric of Police Mutual and fundamental to the way that
we are run.
